Third time's the charm?

I am not in Bulgaria right now. When my visa did not come for my flight the beginning of September, I changed my departure date to September 27. Today is September 28, and my visa still has not come. I had to change my departure date yet again, so now I will be flying out a week from today, and arriving in Bulgaria on October 6. Pray I get my visa in time for my flight!! It costs a couple hundred dollars each time I have to change my flight. God knows my needs, and God will take care of me.
